The first full-color video LED screen is installed in Balakovo (Saratov Oblast in the South of Russia). A modern LED screen of ATV-22-16x16-RGB model was designed by engineers of "ATV Outdoor Systems" and is now proudly stands at the crossing of Lenina and Fakel Socialisma streets. The installation was conducted just prior to the Presidential elections (March 2nd) as it was requested by the customers. Here it is now: an excellent LED screen with excellent parameters.

- Pixel pitch - 22 mm
- LED screen resolution - 256 x 192 pixels (physical resolution)
- Image area dimensions - 5.63 x 4.22 meters
