In December 2007, specialists from “ATV Outdoor Systems” assembled and commissioned a new LED screen in the city of Dmitrovgrad (Ulianovsk Oblast). The LED screen has pitch of 22 mm, which is probably the most popular model nowadays, with the best price-quality ratio. The screen is installed in the very center of the city, and is the first LED screen installed.

- LED screen resolution – 256 x 192 pixels (physical resolution)
- Image area dimensions – 5.63 x 4.22 meters
