 In September 2004, "ATV Outdoor Systems" commissioned a third full-color video LED screen in the center of Krasnodar city, at the crossing of Severnaya and Krasnaya streets.

| There is a marked tendency towards installing outdoor LED screens with higher resolution. After the LED screen in Moscow (Tverskaya, 5) was upgrade from 38 mm to 25 mm in August 2003, more and more operators started thinking of outdoor LED screens with better resolution and image quality. |
